WELCOME BACK!!!!!!
Classes begin today! There is a two week window for adding or dropping classes. If a student has three unexcused absences, he may be dropped from the class to allow another student the opportunity to take that class.
Bus Times:
Morning from Deer Park to Clayton - 8:40 am
Afternoon from Clayton to Deer Park – 3:45 pm
A few changes this year are:
Breakfast and lunch will not be served on Mondays at Clayton.
Remember to call in by 9:00 if your child is taking hot lunch so that we can have an accurate count. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. We do not want any child going hungry. You may pay for lunch with cash, check or on-line. If you plan to pay on line, see Sharon to set up your account. This is the easiest method of payment. To pay by cash or check, pick up an envelope and deposit slip at the front desk. We cannot take money in the lunch line so please be sure there is money in your child’s account.
PROGRESS REPORTS ARE DUE BY THE 20TH OF EACH MONTH
Hopefully, everyone has contacted their consultant by now and set up times for monthly meetings. We love spending time with you!
OUR FIRST MAP TESTING WINDOW BEGINS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2ND.
Please talk with your consultant for more information. We are very excited about the information this assessment can give parents. There will be a sign up sheet for exact times. We will be testing on Mondays and Fridays when the labs are quiet. The test takes approximately 2 hours but is not timed.
GERMS !!
There is a greater awareness of the viruses that are out there. Please keep your children home when they are sick. Just give the front desk a call and we will alert teachers that they have an excused absence.
